As promised, here’s our second “on a stick” potluck dish idea, Raspberry Poundcake Bites on a Stick.
We originally wanted to make Strawberry Poundcake Kebobs drizzled in chocolate, but when we discovered the strawberries were not looking fresh we bought raspberries instead and created a new covered dish on a stick style.
This dessert is simple to assemble by cutting poundcake into cubes, placing a fresh raspberry on top, inserting a toothpick to hold it all together, and topping with a dusting of powdered sugar.
I love how they are bite sized. Depending on your mood, you can enjoy just one Raspberry Poundcake Bite or sample a few for a larger dessert serving.
