The list highlights nutrient rich foods including vegetables, whole grains, fruits, proteins, and dairy to help you live a longer, healthier life. There are definitely some items on the list that our family eats every week, but there are some that I’m not familiar with and will need to try.
Consider printing the list to stick on the fridge along with his Anti-Cancer Grocery Shopping List to help provide healthy ideas for your everyday snacks and meals.
