I’ve decided to start a “Recipes To Try” list, since I’m always stumbling across beautiful food pictures and delicious sounding recipes on the Internet, in Cookbooks, in Magazines, and on TV. Hopefully this list will organize all the recipes and inspiring ideas I find, so they eventually get incorporated into my weekly menu planning.
I recently watched an episode of $10 Dollar Dinners on the Food Network where Melissa d’Arabian prepared Fish en Papillote.
It really captured my attention since it is a healthy dish that also looks very tasty and flavorful. The presentation of the dish in the individual parchment paper pouches is really outstanding. Unfortunately, my husband is not a fan of fish, so I’ll have to save this recipe to try for a Mother’s Day lunch, unless it would also work with chicken? Too bad the Food Network doesn’t have a photo or video clip posted on their website at this time. I’ll post photos when I have a chance to give it a try.
